The Advanced Implementation Analyst will lead full lifecycle client deployments of MeridianLink software, including configuration, training, and ongoing managed services, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
As an Implementation Analyst, you'll deliver top-notch implementation and managed services, training, and other professional offerings. The role involves leading the full life cycle of client deployments, managing expectations, meeting timelines, and acting as a liaison between clients and various company departments. Also involves educating clients on software capabilities and communicating enhancement ideas to the Product team.
